Sustainable agriculture
Organic & Biodynamic cultivation
Organic farming can be defined as a method of cultivation that aims to establish a production system that respects the environment and is sustainable, with a view to contributing to the preservation of soil life, water quality and heritage for future generations.
Domaine de Bannières uses no synthetic pesticides or herbicides. Converted to organic farming in 2001, it has been certified AB since 2003 under the supervision of Ecocert.

THE DOMAIN
A holistic approach
At the Domaine, wine is considered an authentic expression of terroir. Under the expert guidance of head oenologist Thierry, nature is allowed to express itself fully through the vines. The impeccably hygienic cellar is the sanctuary where the most subtle aromas are revealed, without artifice or compromise.
The Domaine’s wines are renowned for their ability to age elegantly, while offering immediate pleasure from the moment they are bottled. This duality testifies to the commitment to creating wines that evolve gracefully over time, while being appreciated from their youth.
The quality of Domaine wines begins in the soil. Holistic farming practices are adopted, promoting biodiversity and vineyard health. From the production of natural yeasts to the integration of a diversified ecosystem, every action is designed to preserve the aromatic richness of the wines and nourish the soil for future generations.
At the Domaine, every sip tells a story, every bottle embodies a passion for the craft of winemaking. Welcome to a world where tradition meets innovation, where nature is the guide, and where wine is much more than just a drink: it’s an unforgettable sensory experience.
